Unable to Purchase Games on PSN or Extend PS+

I can't buy annihilation without getting this fault, whether I'm on the PS4 itself, the telephone app, the browser store, etc... Tried in the morn before work. Error. Tried at luncheon. Error. Tried after work. Fault. Tried at four:thirty in the morning when I was upwardly with our 6-week old...Error.
I tried two separate credit cards, both of which work with every other store out there - Steam, Xbox Alive, BestBuy, etc... and go this mistake message. I tried switching to PayPal - got it to work once by using the browser shop and bought NHL 18 that way a couple weeks ago. That payment method won't piece of work anymore.
Sony support was zero help. I searched the result and tried all kinds of 'this might work' remedies from around the Internet, including waiting 24/48/72 hours between attempts, trying dissimilar browsers, and fifty-fifty trying different network providers.
My PS Plus ran out because I couldn't extend it. I could have gone to buy a carte at the store, but what'south the signal of having it if I can't buy games? I'one thousand not willing to load up my wallet using cards just for the privilege of giving them money, I can buy games on other platforms instead - where my credit cards/PayPal account piece of work as payment - and I don't have to carry an excess balance waiting for the next purchase.

Likewise it's just easier to purchase PSN cards off Amazon/GameStop/Best Buy/wherever.

The CC info is all correct. PayPal is as well, and PayPal doesn't decline charges for ANYTHING.

I did that, they had no answer. Terrible customer service too, basically a "Nothing shows as a problem with your account from this finish. Is at that place anything else?" and no willingness to expect into it any farther.
If it was but me, I could run into being that dismissive. At that place's a lot of us out there who can't utilise credit cards/paypal for some reason.

Has it only been an upshot since they brought in ii step verification? I've recently had some issues buying things on my PC browser if I haven't logged out and back in with 2 step for a while.
No, this problem exists since mode before that. And is not related to the platform used to access the store, when that trouble appears the account affected cannot purchase anything direct from PSN. I believe that this is a glitch in their transaction system.
